## Keys to be picked up For 1/2 day Rental - 1 hour prior to the Event
## Keys to be picked up For Full Day Rental - 2 hours prior to the Event
**$150 cleaning charges for any parties when food is served including BTCC Event.
**"For large Parties or Weddings" basic cleaning charge of $150 + any additional charges billed by Cleaning Crew.
